The location was great, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants, but the staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. I’d stayed here twice before, thinking my first bad experience was just one rude employee, yet on my second visit I asked the receptionist to change rooms because the Wi‑Fi was extremely weak even though I’d only checked in 15 minutes earlier; she flatly refused without explanation. I didn’t want to argue, so I let it slide. I had planned to stay two weeks, but I’m glad I only booked two days, and I’ve already warned my coworkers to avoid this hotel.
