The lobby and restaurant were decent, though the breakfast selection was limited but acceptable for a one‑night stay; it cost 125k Rp. Next to the hotel is a multi‑storey shopping centre. The room was small, faced a wall, and the air‑conditioners made noise at night. The king‑size bed was actually two single beds joined together. Towels had black spots and the bedding was stained. The AC worked but looked very dirty, probably due for service.

The staff were very accommodating! The breakfast was nice and varied. The room’s window couldn’t be closed, and the bathroom and accessories were already heavily used.

The staff were very friendly, and the man behind the desk was extremely helpful. The room was nothing like the photos; the window didn’t seal properly, so street noise was loud. There was still dark hair from a previous guest in the bathroom, and the neighbourhood was awful.

It feels very luxurious for the price, and the staff are very kind. There were stains on the couch and one on the bed, but the room was otherwise clean. On the top floor you can hear a loud AC unit on the roof. The mosque is noticeable but not disturbing.
