The staff are very friendly; the location offers a beautiful lake view; it’s close to the funicular; there’s a lockable bike room, but it’s very tight; the breakfast is very good and loving with fresh egg dishes. The owner is very hard to reach for questions – emails (via Booking or the official email) get no reply and phone calls are redirected to a chatbot; if the reception is closed, you can’t access or lock the bikes after being away; the rooms are dated – some furniture is broken, light bulbs are smashed; the price‑performance isn’t quite justified.
