Simple, and when my car got towed the staff were very helpful. The mattresses were not up to standard.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location is ideal, everything is close by. The first room was a bit small and I missed a coat rack.
The location and cleanliness were great, and the cleaning lady was very pleasant.
The room was comfortable and, given it’s a hostel, visually appealing. It was super quiet and peaceful for sleeping, exactly what we wanted. The bed was extremely cozy. The only downside was the pillow being a bit firm, but we always bring our own, so no problem. The shower head didn’t fit well in its holder and the water sometimes clogged. The cleaning staff were lovely and the room was spotless. For quality and price, a ten.
