The staff were wonderful and welcoming, the room had lush bedding, and the Jacuzzi was great too. No complaints from me!

The location is fabulous, the apartment was spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The free muffins in the morning were delicious, and the happy‑hour cocktails were tasty. The pool area was clean. However, it was very noisy; we were in an apartment above the entrance and exit to the underground car park and heard every entry, exit, and bin emptying. The spa was lovely but overrun by young kids jumping, splashing, and not letting you relax.

There was nothing to fault—staff were friendly and helpful, the room was great, the main pool was awesome, and the location was so convenient, directly across from Bullock Beach, the kids’ playground, and right on the doorstep of shops. Apparently there was supposed to be complimentary muffins and tea/coffee in the mornings at the bar, but we never saw anything. We also tried to get coffee a few times and no one was around. Improving the bar would bring this to a 10.
