“Harika konum”

The location was excellent, just 8 minutes from the Kaaba on Ajyad Street whether you go down to the Mataf or up to the first floor via the bridge. The front desk is run by Yemen staff, and Ashik, Abu Sayid, and Rubi were always ready to help as housekeepers (though I eventually had to say no when I wanted to rest). The breakfast lacked basics like corn flakes and warm milk. Neither the dining area nor the room had reliable Wi‑Fi or a good phone signal, which might not be the hotel’s fault, but the nearby convenience store was 20‑50% more expensive. We booked Maysan Al Mashaer thinking it was the same hotel, only to find it three buildings above.

The place was truly fantastic, especially the evening reception staff—probably named Mamdouh—and the cleaning team, led by Mamoun and the cleaning supervisor.

“I’m going regularly to do Umrah every 3-4 weeks and this hotel is always my first choice if I find it available for book”

The staff are so friendly and helpful specially Abdel Dayem Who helped me a lot.The hotel is clean and 5-6 minutes walking distance to Almasjid Alharam. Breakfast is perfect covering everyone with difference varieties and th hotel room is clean with a nice welcome fruits platter. Nothing at all
