The location, the staff’s responsiveness, and the room’s comfort were all great. The walls were paper thin, so I could hear the next room’s occupants chatting; I was lucky to have white noise. Still, I highly recommend it and will return, everything else was superb.

The spot is ideal. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is huge. I’ll stay here again whenever I’m in Rome.

The customer service was the best. Every time I emailed them from the US they answered immediately, helped with any questions, and arranged an airport pickup—an absolute lifesaver. A+++. The lift was a bit tricky to figure out, but after a few days we got the hang of it.
