The guy who handled my checkout was the same one who checked us in. The receipt he printed only had my name on it, so I asked him to add my husband's name as well. He reluctantly asked for the passport; I pointed out that I’d already given it to him at check-in, but he insisted he needed to verify it was for the same person. What nonsense—surely the name itself is enough? Why does it matter if I’m physically standing right there asking for the receipt? I was in a rush and didn't want to argue, but the second receipt he produced had my first and last names sandwiched right in the middle of my husband's full name. I told him, "That’s not how our names work." He started rambling on again. We made it clear we were annoyed and were about to leave when he said, "If you only want one person's name, I can print another one for you." What a damn waste of time—some people just have zero common sense! surely didn’t have basic training for the front desk staff who should be presenting the hotel images
