The staff at this hotel truly stood out to me - they were always attentive and went above and beyond, even when they seemed exhausted. However, I was a bit disappointed with the kitchen utensils provided. Despite this, the exceptional service made up for the shortcoming.

I loved the unique experience of being surrounded by many animals during my stay. However, I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed almost everything about my time here, which made the few drawbacks more manageable. Overall, it was a great experience.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The house itself was pleasant and had a quirky charm, plus being located within a zoo was definitely an interesting experience. However, the paths were often covered in animal waste and the constant noise from a leaf blower was quite bothersome. To top it off, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, which was a letdown given the high price I paid - I expected an exceptional stay for that rate.
