“Total satisfaction”
The location near the attractions centre was good, but everything else was lacking.

“Not trust worthy Mosquito all over”
Nothing positive to mention. My recent stay at this hotel fell short of my expectations. The room and facilities felt a bit outdated and needed better upkeep. The front‑desk staff were unaccommodating and lacked the warmth expected in hospitality. Mosquitoes were everywhere. I can’t trust the staff, so I would avoid this place.
The location couldn’t be better – just a 15‑minute walk to Bergamo’s high old town. However, you have to pay for a second coffee at breakfast and the breakfast itself is mediocre; by 9 am there are no rolls left and they won’t bring any on request. It’s very noisy, only quiet between 23:00 and 06:00, the beds are so‑so, the toilet runs constantly, the staff are unfriendly and the place feels completely un‑Italian.
“Mucho ruido y habitaciones desfasadas”
Breakfast was decent, but the noise was terrible – the walls and doors are paper‑thin, so you hear every little movement from the rooms above. At night the bar downstairs stays open until 00:00 and blares music loudly, making sleep impossible; we had to go down three times over two nights to ask them to lower the volume, yet it rose again as soon as we returned to our room. The windows don’t block sound either, and the constant roar of motorcycles on the street is audible.
