The location was spot on, and I also enjoyed the breakfast, spacious and air-conditioned room, and parking.
The breakfast was really good and the location was great, close to the city center.
The bed was really bad this one time - the mattress was terrible.
The reception team were really well-trained and friendly, which set a great tone for our stay.

“Café da manhã muito bom!”
Comfort and location were great, everything else was fine.
“Excelente”
Good value for the price.
“Boa opção para estadia rápida em Caxias”
The location was excellent, the room was spacious, the bedding and towels were good, and breakfast was fine. I found the parking confusing and felt it should have been included in the rate. My room had large stains on the carpet. The breakfast staff were rude and struggled to keep everything stocked, even though the lounge was less than half full.
“boa sem surpreas”
The staff Mel and José were helpful, but the breakfast could have been better.
“Aceitavel, porem esperava mais.Café da manhã bom.”
The hotel had solid structure, yet the maintenance was awful. In the room the lock was loose and the key support was broken. In the BWC the exhaust fan didn’t work, was under the sink, and was broken. A basic maintenance in the rooms would be necessary to keep the promised quality.
