“Essenziale, comoda se si è in auto.”
The location is convenient (at least by car), the bed is comfortable, and the room faces a quiet inner courtyard with a large window and air conditioning. In the room there’s a mini fridge, a half‑liter of milk, some snacks, and a small communal kitchen without windows. Extra surfaces for putting luggage would have been useful instead of pulling everything out for a few days (probably better for longer stays). The bathroom is small but has a fan. Of the two windows that open, only one has a mosquito net, so after a "mosquito‑heavy" night we had to open just one, giving up a lot of electricity. Air conditioning is available, but not everyone likes sleeping with it on.
The staff’s kindness and the nighttime calm of the location.
“A perfect, safe, and convenient stay with fantastic amenities and incredibly hospitable hosts.”
Everything was perfect. The host (Manuela) was incredibly helpful, answered questions promptly, and welcomed us with lovely goodies. The room had a super comfy bed, hot shower, and great AC, with flawless daily cleaning. We loved the free tea/coffee in the shared kitchen, where we met a wonderful Colombian couple. The area feels very safe and is just minutes from a supermarket, chemist, pizza place, and a 24-hour takeaway with €2.50 delicious sandwiches. Plus, the nearby bus stop (short walk) connects directly to Ponte Mammolo / Rebibbia stations for an easy daily commute into Rome. They even fixed a plumbing issue I caused on the last day instantly and without issue- sorry and thank you Manuela!!. Absolutely nothing, everything was brilliant- Gold Star deserved. We would love to stay here again. Credit to Manuela and her team for their consistent 9+/10 ratings
“Pohodlné ubytování v klidné lokalité”
The apartment is in a quiet area. We liked the comfortable beds, blackout blinds, daily cleaning, cleanliness, and the coffee and tea that were available. Communication with the owners via WhatsApp was excellent. The kitchen equipment wasn’t meant for cooking, but rather for making coffee, tea, and heating food. Getting to the city center takes 45–60 minutes (about 5 bus turns to the metro station, then 10 metro stops).
“Accoglienza e cortesia”
I just spent three days at this accommodation and it was truly positive. The room has all the comforts, including a handy mini‑fridge and efficient air conditioning. Inside the B&B there’s a shared kitchen‑reception area that lets you not only have breakfast but also use a convenient kitchen counter (with a microwave) to have lunch and dinner in peace without needing to eat elsewhere. The owners, Mr. Giulio and his wife, along with Mrs. Manuela, were very courteous and helpful. Not being familiar with the area, they immediately gave me suitable directions to local services, supermarkets/ restaurants nearby, and the correct route to reach the Ponte Mammolo and/or Rebibbia metro stops. They also let me leave my luggage on site to pick up in the middle of the day before heading to the airport. Near the property there’s a large free parking lot for those with cars. Reaching the city center posed no major issues. Thanks to the staff’s tips, I got to the nearest bus stop (5–7 minutes away) and took bus no. 341, which in 10–12 minutes gets me to Ponte Mammolo. From there I can easily reach Tiburtina Station and the city center by metro.
