“Séjour parfait”
The staff were welcoming and always ready to help, especially Danilo who listened to our needs. The room’s spot on the Gran Pico gave us a great view. Everything else was perfect, no complaints.
“Gentillesse et localisation incroyable”
The host was welcoming and kind. The view was amazing, activities were great, meals hearty, and chats with Dani felt like a small village. I'd definitely come back. The only issue was the scarce water for the bathrooms, but staying in a caldera is such a unique experience that you learn to conserve water.
Dany and his family were incredibly kind, always ready to answer even the smallest question and make sure everything ran smoothly. Their love for the island shone during hikes. The only downside is the scarce, murky water for washing, as many have mentioned.
The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The place is simple but has everything you need.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and ready for anything, giving it a family vibe. They let us dine on site, which was nice. Danilo is a knowledgeable guide, speaks many languages, easy to talk to, gave great tips, and took us up the volcano with his dog Baggy.
