I rarely write reviews, but this stay forced me to. I booked through a third‑party for two nights and added an earlier night, yet the hotel kept showing the original dates. I called the hotel and the booking site many times, even during my layover, and was repeatedly told it was fixed and that my updated confirmation would be shown at check‑in. The room was clean except for hair in the shower; housekeeping fixed that the next day, but the shower pressure was still extremely weak. The real disaster happened the next day after my conference: all my belongings were removed because the hotel claimed I had to check out that morning. The front desk was unhelpful, told me to contact the booking site, then said they couldn’t accommodate me and I needed another hotel. While I sat in the lobby booking a new room and waiting for an Uber, I was told I could’t stay because I was no longer a guest. When I threatened to call the police if it was that serious, the staff said they already had and that I would be charged with trespassing. The booking site refunded my third night, but the hotel’s handling was unacceptable. I had confirmed my dates multiple times before arrival and shown proof at check‑in, yet my belongings were still taken and I had to scramble for another hotel mid‑trip. Thankfully I had emergency cash, but not everyone can afford that. One star.
