I stayed for 7 days and the room was spotlessly clean; we had room service and the towels were changed every two days. The staff were very kind and polite, and the location was great—close enough to the action but still far enough to stay relaxed. The bed was exceptional, the pillows were wonderful, and I loved everything. I didn’t encounter any problems.

The accommodation was clean, close to the city center, and comfortable; the staff gave us excellent service and were very friendly. They even prepared a breakfast bag for early departures.

The lodging was very well located, and the hostess was very friendly. She asked each day if we wanted to eat on site; otherwise, she would prepare a take‑away lunch for us. The place is nicely situated near Caracoles and features a small courtyard with chairs and a sofa.
