“A Disappointing Check-In Experience at a Hotel Undergoing Renovations”
My recent stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the sight of a closed main entrance due to ongoing renovations, which led me to navigate through a dimly lit and somewhat neglected stairway to reach the reception area. Unfortunately, my name was not on the receptionist's list, and it seemed that my reservation had not been properly recorded. As a result, I'm still in the process of seeking a refund for my stay.
