“It is a good hotel with a convenient location.”
The hotel sits right on the front line by the Aegean Sea, with sun loungers and beach towels provided, which is very convenient and saves money. The reception staff are caring and attentive, and they escorted us to breakfast after early check‑in, which we appreciated. The room is fairly standard; it isn’t brand new but everything is clean—bed linen, towels, and overall tidy. A separate third bed was supplied for the child, which we were grateful for. Breakfast at the hotel is decent; dinners are arranged at the neighboring Mitsis hotel and are also good—worth ordering. Construction is happening nearby—the Grand Hotel Mitis is being renovated—so if your windows face that site, you may hear noise during the day, but it didn’t bother us because we were out walking or at the sea. The location is very convenient: a 10–15 minute walk to Old Town and a 5 minute walk to the Mediterranean Sea beach. Many supermarkets and cafés are close by, so all necessary infrastructure is at hand. Overall we liked everything and recommend it! The only downside was the beds: two single beds pushed together kept sliding apart.
