Our four‑family room had two en suite bedrooms on two floors, which was really convenient for teens who wanted a bit of privacy; everything was great and breakfast was really good. Though there was no Matterhorn view, the mountains seen from the skylights in the loft room were amazing.

The new equipment and spotless cleanliness made the place feel cozy and charming, with every detail falling in love. The staff were extremely friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic.

The breakfast was really good, and after we checked out they even gave us a ride to the station, which was a lifesaver on a rainy day. It’s also close to Nihonjin Bridge. I appreciated having a bathrobe, slippers, and conditioner in the room, and the bathtub was a nice touch. The only downside was a fly in the breakfast area, and the room was a bit dark, though the atmosphere was still good.

The hotel is very nicely decorated, and the rooms are comfy. The breakfast was also very good. The check-in process is very annoying, having to type information on a phone while the receptionist waits doesn't make sense. It would be nicer to have the reception type the information themselves. I was also not happy to have to upload a picture of my ID on a web site I don't know
