The new room and amenities were amazing, but the pool facilities weren't great. I don't get the swimming cap rule—it's not just here, it's everywhere in Italy. Kids were peeing and pooping in the pool, and the hair was unhygienic, lol. Breakfast was very, very poor.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff at the dining area were kind and helpful, both at breakfast and dinner. We dined out there twice and it was fantastic and reasonably priced. The only negatives were the parking, the reception, and the breakfast and dinner service. We couldn't find the hotel because it has no signs, the reception blends in with other businesses, and the front desk staff at our arrival didn't show much professionalism or friendliness. The underground parking feels shared with the public, is in a pitiful state with stacked materials, washing machines, forklifts, and is also very dusty and dirty.

The rooms were lovely and comfortable, and the pool is a great addition to the area. The location is right next to the Isernia exit, making it easier to visit nearby places. Parking is derelict and the signage is unclear; we ended up wandering into abandoned parts of the hotel looking for the reception. Breakfast was really low quality, with food that looked old and as if it had sat out too long.

Breakfast, the pool, and the central location were all great. I didn't like the garage access from the hotel—there was no direct link from the lobby to the parking garage. We had to walk through a loading dock area and use the ramp meant for cars to get into the garage. Otherwise everything was fine.
