“Poteva essere migliore”

The staff were friendly, especially Carla who handled breakfast with great care, and the coffee brewed with a moka pot was nice. However, the property itself needs a complete overhaul; our room was the right size but the shower curtain was ugly and unsafe. There is no pool, just a tiny non‑jacuzzi tub that hardly qualifies as a pool. Breakfast was decent, but the cakes were store‑bought, not homemade. The terrace is lovely but requires renovation—removing the Santa Claus and Christmas lights might be a good start.

The breakfast attendant at Panorama was helpful, but the room had little light and inadequate natural ventilation, the pool was unusable, insects were in the bathroom, there was no outdoor lounger, and the exterior was poorly maintained with a pile of useless junk that should be taken to the landfill.

“Place needs maintenance”

The common terrace offers a pleasant view, but we booked a room with air conditioning and were handed one without it in a 30 °C night. Worse, the room was partially underground, run‑down, with peeling floor and walls, a mouldy bathroom, a messy garden, and a pool the size of a jacuzzi filled with dead bugs. The owners eventually swapped us for a better air‑co room the next day. I’ve attached photos of the supposed garden view, the garden, the pool, and the room.

“Bof… réfléchissez bien avant de réserver”

The location and terrace view are good, but the experience was far from what previous reviews promised. No one greeted us, no instructions for our rooms, and we entered the building only to find two keys for two rooms at random, unsure if they were ours. Breakfast was awful: no bread, only industrial toast, stale ham and cheese, and lukewarm coffee—though we eventually got bread after insisting. The bathroom ventilation was noisy, the shower doors were old, and one of us got flea bites. The neighboring room had a sanitary issue, and combined with the heat, the occupants cut their stay short even though we had air conditioning. The owners have apparently changed, and I don’t recommend this place in its current state, though a lady did her best with the limited breakfast options.

The room was small but overall pretty. We stayed from 14 to 16 August hoping for a quiet break with friends and to use the pool, but it was practically non‑existent: about 1.5 × 1 m with very shallow water, so it couldn’t be used for relaxation. We had to find another place and pay extra for a pool during those two days. Breakfast was disappointing, offering only a dry packaged cake, pre‑toasted packaged bread with jam or Nutella, or a hard‑boiled or scrambled egg—nothing varied. By around 7:30 am, kitchen noises—cups, dishes, and counters—were already loud. The bathroom had a drainage issue: the drain was high and water splashed directly onto the user. Overall, for a two‑day stay in mid‑August, the price‑to‑service ratio feels very high compared to what was offered.
