The place is well situated and the staff are friendly, but they never serve tea, I kept asking for hot water in the morning and never got it, and the food was disappointing.

The only decent part was the food and the location of the property, but the hospitality fell short: the pedestal fan and blankets at night were insufficient for the cold, and there was no service to drop bags into the room.
