Unfortunately my experience was very negative. The room had obvious deficiencies in cleanliness and hygiene. During the stay we found a live cockroach under the bed, which made us lose all trust in the facility’s conditions. Additionally, the air conditioning did not work for the entire first night, making the overnight stay particularly uncomfortable, especially given the high temperatures. We reported both problems immediately to the manager, sending photos and videos. Despite that, no adequate solution was offered. For this reason we decided to cancel the second paid night and move to another accommodation. The request for a refund of the unused night was denied.

The owner asked to cancel the booking through Booking and offered a lower price. That was a mistake, because within a few hours it turned out the furnace had broken and there was no hot water (it was Saturday) and maybe the fault would be fixed on Monday (he couldn’t specify). With 30‑degree temperatures, no working shower – bad. We didn’t want to stay there and the owner wouldn’t refund the remaining nights. Embarrassing verbal back‑and‑forth. After comments I see it’s not the first time the furnace had issues. Booking didn’t handle the complaint because the payment was cash on site. I strongly do not recommend this place. Even for free.
