“Ok”

I was a bit disappointed with my room, as it didn't have a window, which made it feel a bit claustrophobic. The staff, however, were super friendly and made up for it a bit. The room itself was clean, but it had a weird musty smell that I think was due to the lack of ventilation. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I wouldn't rush back.

“modern, clean and very helpful staff”

We had a really helpful staff at this hotel, who even arranged a taxi for us to visit some nearby sites at a reasonable price. The rooms were modern and clean, but they were a bit small and, annoyingly, didn't have any windows. We only stayed one night, but the hotel was understanding when we decided to cancel our second night and drive to Sapa instead. It was a bit inconvenient that breakfast wasn't included in the room rate, but overall, it was a decent stay.

I just needed a place to crash for the night, and this hotel delivered. I came in late, slept, and left the next morning without any drama. The room was small, but it was clean and had a comfy bed and a warm shower. I wouldn't have any issues using this hotel again for a similar purpose.

The front desk staff were super cute and friendly, which made a great first impression. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The hotel's location is a bit of a letdown, with constant noise from the street outside.

“Nice staff, but shower water was burning🫣”

The staff at this hotel were really friendly and helpful, which made a big difference in my stay. Unfortunately, that's about all I can say, as I didn't have a chance to explore the rest of the hotel.
