Nothing good; the hotel was dirty, smelled awful, the furniture was old, and the reception staff behaved badly. They initially refused to accept the room fee via the app and made me wait half an hour with no courtesy or respect while I asked for a receipt, which they denied. On the morning of departure, a staff member told me I could stay until 2 pm, but when I returned around 1:20 pm she said I had no right to delay and demanded I hand over the room immediately; I reminded her that she had said I could stay until 2 pm and she denied it. The hotel is a failure in every way; I would never recommend it.

“Very nice hotel with good facilities, and friendly and professional staff”

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning modern hotel, situated just a 15-minute walk from the charming old town. The hotel's comfortable bed was a highlight of my stay, and the friendly, polite, and attentive staff made me feel right at home, especially the young team in the bar and restaurant. While the hotel's breakfast was somewhat average, it was a minor letdown in an otherwise excellent stay.

“Bekvämt, rent och nära till gamla statsdelen”

I recently stayed at a hotel that offered a great location and a lovely pool, which was a big plus for me. However, I was disappointed to find that there were no organized activities or events for guests, which made the stay feel a bit dull. Overall, the hotel had some nice features, but it could benefit from adding some more entertainment options.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a severe lack of staff. It seemed like there was never anyone available to help with anything, and the hotel felt eerily deserted. Despite this, I didn't have any major complaints about my stay, which was otherwise unremarkable.

“Terrible hotel for price, stay away!!”

My recent stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a scorching 30.5 degrees Celsius in our rooms, as the entire air conditioning system had been turned off. The staff's response was unhelpful and dismissive, claiming that the heat was due to the city's climate. However, I've stayed in hotter cities with functioning air conditioning, and this hotel's excuse was unacceptable.
