“Hotel décevant”
Being close to Universal Studios was the only plus. We booked for four adults, but the kids ended up on a tiny sofa bed with a shoddy mattress, which gave them an unbelievable backache. There was no safe, no sheets for the sofa bed, and no towels for the other two guests.

The spot is spot on and they offer a shuttle to the Universal parks, which is handy. But the bed is the worst I've ever slept on; you sink in and wake up with a sore body, total discomfort. The bath towels are tiny, barely drying, and the room only gets tidied every two days. They never change the sheets even after staying 7 days.
The place is spotless, the breakfast is great, the rooms are big, and the staff are awesome. Everything was great.
The value for money is solid. Nothing else.
Breakfast is good and parking is free, plus trams to the parks. However, there aren’t enough trams heading to the parks.
