The hotel was very pretty, centrally located, and very comfortable, yet the pillows were not ideal.

The hotel looked beautiful and the rooms were comfortable, but the pillows were a bit too firm.

The location near Gran Via made shopping and dining nearby very convenient during our stay in Madrid, but I didn’t like the half shower door that splashed water all over the floor, and the toilet was positioned near a mirrored wall, making bathroom access awkward.

The staff, bar area, breakfast, and breakfast room were all good, but the spa was small, lacked a sauna, the jacuzzi was too tiny and didn’t work well, and I disliked having to wear the mandatory head cap for the spa, which felt invasive; our room’s bathroom felt outdated for the price, and it was noisy, with clear sounds from other rooms indicating poor soundproofing.
