“Deteriorado y en obras”
The place looks nice and a staff member was very friendly. The pool was well maintained, the view from the upper rooms was decent, the restaurant was good and the staff there were pleasant. However, the room window wouldn’t close, there were no towels, and when we finally received them they were dirty. The hotel was under renovation, there was no spa or activities, and the facilities were a mess. We left early because there was nothing to do and the place wasn’t pleasant. The idea is good, but it’s poorly executed and maintained. The price is excessive for a hotel in renovation with those amenities.
