The room and bathroom are reinforced, modern and well equipped. It’s quite modern for an Italian room. The bathroom is very large and comfortable, with noise‑reducing windows. The only downside was that we were on the third floor, and because it’s a small building there is no elevator. That wasn’t a big problem for us since we had little luggage, but for people with limitations or a lot of luggage (large suitcases or more than one bag per person) it could be an issue.

Sehr gute Lage inmitten des historischen Viertels, jedoch in ruhiger, schmaler Gasse und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Restaurants, Cafés, HopOn-HopOff-Busstation. Schöner Eingangsbereich, saubere und stylische Unterkunft, bequemes Bett, Kaffeemaschine 👍🏼leider kein Lift - wir wohnten in Top 4/2.Stock, war aber kein Problem für uns. Bequemes Doppelbett, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Klimaanlage im Zimmer + Bad vorhanden. Großzügiges Badezimmer mit bequemer Dusche und Whirlpool-Badewanne. Dank an Francesco - sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter!. Nicht barrierefrei! Trotzdem keine Mängel! Mir fehlte lediglich ein beleuchteter Vergrößerungsspiegel im Badezimmer 😅

The apartment is tidy, clean, and located in a quiet area. There is no elevator. We were on the top/third floor with two 20‑kilogram suitcases, which was a bit of a hassle.

I was happy with the location in the historic center, but there were ants, and the host quickly dealt with it. The coffee maker broke, and the bath gel and shampoo ran out right away.
