Near everything, but the bed and linens were not up to standard.
The location was good and the room had all the required facilities, but because it was low season there were almost no other guests, which felt a bit creepy, though it had nothing to do with the place itself.

A quiet spot and a decent room, but I couldn’t park my car in the garage because the ramp is too low, and the gate doesn’t lock.

Nothing good! The place claimed to have parking, but there was none; I spoke with the owner, who responded with even more arrogance, saying I had to cancel. After waiting 40 minutes because check‑in was scheduled for 14:00 and no one was there until 14:40, the value didn’t justify the hassle—DON'T GO THERE. Everything mentioned above.
It felt like I was on a farm with a great, breezy atmosphere.
