The ladies in charge of the private rooms were welcoming. Water was shut off during the day for maintenance.

I paid the amount, but there was no elevator and the building is old, so I'm stuck on the fifth floor and the phone doesn't answer.

The only clean spot was the bathroom, everything else in the room was dirty, smelled awful, and there was no air conditioning—just a fan that needed another fan to work.
