The location was great, and the staff were kind and thoughtful, even helping our family secure connecting rooms at the last minute; the only downside was the noise from above—probably the rooftop bar—which didn’t bother us much but could disturb those seeking silence, and the pool lacked sun and closed too early.

The staff’s service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and very helpful—the room was comfortable, clean, and well‑maintained, and the complimentary coffee in the room was a nice touch; breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and the coffee was excellent.

The front desk staff were friendly and someone was always at the door to let me in, which felt like being welcomed home; luggage storage was very convenient and they even delivered my stored bags to the room ahead of time. The room itself was comfortable with beautiful lighting. The breakfast offered a wide variety, but the taste was just average.

The breakfasts were excellent with a huge selection, and the staff were always smiling and helpful, something you can’t say about the reception. Unfortunately, there was a cockroach in the room and the receptionist could only say “sorry,” which is weak for a 4‑star hotel; the room was nice with a comfortable bed, but the presence of the cockroach and the hotel’s zero response was completely unacceptable.
