I'm extremely disappointed with this hotel and would advise others to be cautious when booking. We booked a cabin and arrived at night, only to be told that it was fully booked, despite our booking being confirmed. The hotel asked us to cancel, but with a 100% penalty, which left us feeling frustrated. In the end, we weren't even offered a room, and the hotel took our money. It was a scam, and I would advise others to avoid this hotel at all costs.

I stayed at this hotel before climbing Rinjani and it was a great choice. The hotel's location made it easy to access the mountain, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, I didn't have any major complaints during my stay.

My experience at this hotel was a mixed bag. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good, but the facilities were somewhat lacking. The sink in my room didn't have a tap or drain, forcing me to brush my teeth over the toilet and use the shower. The hot water was also limited to 15 liters, which wasn't enough for a quick shower, let alone a relaxing one.

I was initially excited to stay in the suite with a balcony, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. The view from the room was lovely, but the facilities and amenities listed were nowhere to be found. There was no kitchen, fridge, or tea and coffee facilities, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, especially the toilet, which had bad drainage. It was a disappointing experience, especially considering the high price I paid.
