The hotel is very clean and well kept, the breakfast was amazing and the curry we got for dinner was very good! ! The staff has been very nice during our stay and they tried to make us happy all the time. They had an issue with Booking and they asked us to pay the room again (we had already paid on Booking). After a week and many messages to the assistance we got the refund back from Booking, so it wasn't a problem. I just think is not nice to ask the guests to pay two times, they should have resolve the issue directly with Booking

I loved the help i got from the staff. I didnt like how locating the property was not too easy, as the location on google maps was not as accurate, however when i called the hotel i was directed by a staff member. I also didnt like the fact that my rooms shower was not working, i was then moved to another rooms shower which was also not working, it was rather frustrating considering the fact that i was in a big rush that morning
