“Don’t book this hotel, you will regret booking this property.”
There’s nothing to like about this property. It’s very unclean, the staff are very rude, and it’s not a good value for money.
The food was okay, but everything else was disappointing.
“Horrible staff service.”
There was no breakfast, the rooms were dirty, and no water was supplied.
The staff were friendly, but they sent me to the wrong location, which made it hard to find the hotel.
The location was the best, right near Patna Junction railway station, and the staff were good, though check‑in took longer than expected; the door locks were faulty so we couldn’t secure the room when we left, but otherwise everything was fine.
