“Je vais revenir vite et rapidement dans cet hôtel”
The service was magnificent, the team was magnificent, and the hotel was magnificent. The only downside was that the weather in Rio wasn’t good, so we couldn’t make full use of the pool.
“Decepção”
I only liked the view. I didn’t like the food or the service.
The maintenance is very poor. The TV has a problem; the hotel technician couldn't fix it. We stayed with one TV for 2 days. The bathroom door cracked; the veranda door was broken and was fixed after a day of staying. The refrigerator was broken and could not be fixed during our entire stay. The polite staff couldn't help us; the hotel manager's apology was unhelpful—bad value for the price. Charging U$1.500 per night is robbery and unjustified. never again !!!
