It felt more like a 3‑star place than a 5‑star. The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. The cleanliness was poor; spiders were on our curtains and dust covered everything. Service lagged behind. When the kids finally got to the pool, they were told to lower their volume because they were disturbing other guests—a ridiculous demand.

Ein wunderschöner und sehr besonderer Ort. Das Palais Namaskar ist unglaublich stilvoll gestaltet, sehr ruhig und die gesamte Anlage ist einfach traumhaft. Besonders gefallen haben mir die Atmosphäre, der Spa-Bereich und der aufmerksame Service. Ich habe mich während meines Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt und konnte wirklich abschalten. Es gab nichts Wesentliches, was mir nicht gefallen hat. Mein Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm
