A spacious holiday flat in a beautiful spot with a great pool. We booked a unit for 4 people, 6 nights, a bedroom with a ceiling fan on the first floor, and a sofa bed for 2 on the ground floor. The host was friendly and helpful. The basic facilities were simple but more than enough. Fans worked, but there was no air‑conditioning (mid‑September it wasn’t needed anyway). Breakfast was offered for €6, but we didn’t take it. The nature is amazing – you can pick herbs for tea on the lawn in the mornings 🥰. The S 30 bus to Siena is excellent. We would book there again anytime. Thanks. For older guests the steps to the bedroom are a bit steep, and the shower feels a little dated.

The location was great. The host was very friendly and helpful. Our apartment had a leak, so we were moved to another one – that was handled well. The pool was fantastic. It was about 34 °C every day during our stay, so the pool was a great way to cool off. On the host’s advice we did two nice car trips, including to Pienza. We stayed the first week of September, 4 nights. For €6 per person you can have breakfast: croissants with jam and butter, cakes, coffee, tea, or orange juice. This was our first time at an agriturismo. I think it’s perfect for families with small children. The pool, large lawn, and BBQ spot were lovely. We found it a bit off‑beat, probably because of the hot weather. There’s no air‑conditioning, only a fan in the bedroom. Sleeping with the window open didn’t work – at 4 am the local animals, like roosters and dogs, woke everyone up. The furniture felt dated; no nice chairs to sit on. The bathroom was fine, and the shower was great. The internet signal was terrible – I measured less than 5 Mbps, and it kept dropping. So you’re pretty off‑grid (some might like that). Despite the very friendly host, we’ll skip this place next time.

Peacefulness, staff kindness, and the owner’s availability! The only flaw was the slightly uncomfortable mattress, but the beauty of the place, the peace, and the owner’s help with a personal issue (who was very helpful) made it a minor concern.
