The staff were very friendly, especially the waiter who worked by the pool in the afternoons. The place was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. However, at night the music from the bars was loud, and the bed was not very comfortable.

The pool was very nice, we had a villa and could just walk into the water. The staff were very friendly. A nice resort, especially the pool and friendly staff. In the middle of the city.

The breakfast area was well located and the waitress—Sanaya, or something like that—was excellent, always attentive and alert. Still, the staff could be more proactive at breakfast, checking dishes that might need refilling. The website never mentioned that there is no lift, which is a problem for older guests who can't manage stairs; please clarify that the hotel is likely three floors up and has no elevator. Sanaya was fantastic and deserves a promotion to manager.
