When I went to the counter, the place looked run down and the person at checkout told me I never checked in, then proceeded to claim I never showed up and demanded full payment.

The tub was deep and the bed was comfy, but I didn’t like the road construction that made it incredibly hard to get in and out; it wasn’t convenient at all, though I understand it’s probably out of your control. The other guests were loud and disrespectful all night, grouping outside my door until 5 AM. The refrigerator didn’t work. Overall it wasn’t horrible, but I wish the website had been more honest and upfront about the construction and how much of a pain it was.
