We stayed here again for the Fujirock Festival. The staff were very accommodating, especially Clyde who drove us to Echigo Yuzawa station every day. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, the coffee was weak but everything else was tasty and filling. During the festival they even put out free treats in the lobby for guests to enjoy as midnight snacks. The bathrooms are really tiny, making it hard to shower without hitting things or having your items fall all over the place.
