I’m still waiting for a refund from the first scheduled night, which was cancelled because the room wasn’t clean and I had to stay off‑property until they could accommodate me.

The front desk staff were friendly, but the place is noisy. Also, I’ve been waiting for an invoice for almost a week after checking out; the reservation info lists an email address, but they say I didn’t provide one. Is the refusal to issue an invoice a tax evasion tactic?

The space was adequate for two people, but the room wasn’t deep‑cleaned. An undershirt from a previous guest was found under the chest drawer in the bedroom, and a dead roach (still there) sat by the lamp in the living room. The pull‑out couch had no bed linen, the internet or Wi‑Fi was unstable, and bedroom lighting was limited to two side lamps. For the price I paid, I expected more attention to detail.
