The spot is perfect for a night out in Perth, the room was clean, comfy, and had good facilities, and the buffet breakfast was really solid. It also offered great value compared to other city hotels. The beds and pillows were comfortable, though the mattress felt a bit firmer than what I’m used to, yet it still gave me a good night’s sleep. The hotel sits right across from a few local shops that could mislead visitors, but as a WA local that didn’t bother us.

I was robbed of $9,000, and the manager’s reaction was abrupt and unprofessional, which was especially worrisome after I’d already spent $5,000 and a cleaner had taken the safe’s contents without a hitch. I filed a police report and the investigation is ongoing; I’m waiting to see how my money will be recovered. I can’t recommend this manager. His conduct seriously hurts the business and was a key reason I left. The manager was extremely unpleasant, while the rest of the staff were all very pleasant to deal with.
