This guest thoroughly enjoyed their stay, praising the hotel's excellent breakfast, convenient location, and friendly staff. They expressed a strong desire to return in the future. The hotel's amenities and services exceeded their expectations.
Unfortunately, this guest's stay was marred by the pervasive smell of cigarette smoke on the lower floors, which was their only notable complaint.

Everything was wonderful, perhaps the best breakfast I’ve had, especially compared to American hotels where the difference between day and night is huge! The only issue was a bit of a draft on the 11th floor that needs to be fixed and improved.
