The spot is amazing; the room is spotless, the balcony offers a stunning view of the Danube, and it’s perfect for a short stay. The room is spacious, the bathroom is separate, and I never saw any neighbors. I’ll definitely come back to Budapest and stay here again! The price‑to‑quality match is spot on, thanks to the owners, and they were very attentive, answering questions quickly.

The place was filthy, the bathroom was disgusting and tasteless, the bedding stank, the kitchen was a mess, the toilet was dusty, and we didn’t sleep there – we left early. The host is foreign; we’re in Hungary and he should at least provide information in Hungarian – this is the worst accommodation I’ve ever seen! It’s a nightmare. I would not recommend it. The room didn’t have its own bathroom; the shared one was the only option, which is unacceptable.

I don’t recommend this. We booked a quadruple room with a private bathroom, but the room we received matched the photos, while the bathroom (sink and toilet) was in a common area accessible to all residents, marked only by a sign saying “apart. 1”. The light flickered and made me dizzy. There is another communal bathroom with a bathtub, and we were forced to shower there even though we had paid for a private one. The bathtub looked unclean and didn’t meet hygiene standards. The apartment did have four beds and towels, but the window area and blinds (almost non‑functional) emitted an unpleasant odor, indicating a lack of cleaning. The kitchen is 1.5 m and appears never to have been cleaned; it has a stove and a small fridge.

It was clean, the staff were helpful and polite, and the location was across the Tuna River and close to the center – thank you very much. The only downside was that it was cold.
