The location was good: close to the metro and the city center. When we arrived at reception, they told us we had no reservation. After insisting, they called the manager and after waiting almost an hour, they gave us a room that wasn’t fully clean, even with someone else’s shoes inside. The building is dreary, old, and dark. There’s a constant smell of frying and food. The bathrooms are dirty, stink horribly, and one of them had no light.
