Leaving. The room had mold, rusty full gas cylinders outside the rooms, no BBQ, ants everywhere, electric appliances lady test and tag 2019, windows don’t lock, no sitting area as advertised, rude owner/manager…being forced to stay overnight then charged over double for the one night, being lied to, rude unhelpful staff, swimming pool unusable, absurdly loud planes overhead, the smell from the planes, no kitchen appliances, not fit for habitat yet forced to stay overnight, air con filter removed and not replaced, asking for money back yet having to wait while asked the motel for money back, the motel should not be advertised or allowed to operate, being threatened with police and keeping the money… horrible, and horrific experience between and the motel staff.

Location was perfect. Walk to the beach. Cafes close by. More pillows might be good

Close to shops and things on the Sunshine Coast. Cold water at 11pm when I went to have a shower . disappointed
