The rooms were solid, and the bar and restaurant really stood out. However, parking costs a lot for self‑parking in the open lot and is an extra fee. The AC unit leaked water onto the floor, and street noise was noticeable. Breakfast isn’t included, and the limited options are pricey.

The room was fairly new. The old air conditioner made a lot of noise, making it hard to rest. The bed was very soft.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the lobby and bar décor created a lovely, relaxing vibe. But the hotel is definitely overpriced. It’s an older property that has been renovated, and the rooms are nothing special—just comparable to a decent chain hotel with slightly better décor. The air conditioner in our room never lowered the temperature below 70°F. I was really expecting more for $350 a night. Add the steep prices at the in‑house restaurant, and one night in a mediocre room with a forgettable dinner cost over $700.

This boutique hotel had a great bar and lounge area, perfect for a group of about 12. The rooms were clean and nice, and the location was excellent. We had a dinner reservation for Hal’s, but decided to walk when we realized how close it was—super convenient. The staff were extremely helpful at check‑in and friendly throughout our stay. It seemed a bit pricey for just an overnight stay, and parking cost an extra $30.
