The hotel staff were very accommodating, opening the breakfast area for our large family. Unfortunately, the pool was closed and out of service, and this wasn’t mentioned when we booked. That’s why we ended up with a room that night that didn’t have a pool for our kids.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast selection was great; the room was large with a fridge and microwave, yet it had a musty smell—probably from the old carpet. The room was otherwise clean, but every socket in the lamp was loose and would slip out, and only the sheer curtains could close; the heavy curtains couldn’t block the window, leaving the first‑floor room exposed to passersby.
