The best experience of my life, especially thanks to the Concierge team! The hotel was simply perfect.

No introductions needed for this Capri icon! I made a dream come true by spending the weekend with my family at this flawless property. Everything was spot‑on: the breakfast was extremely varied and plentiful, the staff impeccable, and we were greeted in the room with fresh fruit and prosecco. I want to return right away—congratulations!

The central Capri location is ideal—hard to find a better spot on the island. The rooms are modern and the pool area is nice. I expected more from a 5‑star luxury hotel. Having stayed at other 5‑star properties on the island before, I’d say this one doesn’t meet that standard. They didn’t provide transportation to and from the hotel on arrival and departure, unlike other hotels. No welcome drink was offered, and late checkout wasn’t allowed. It felt like a large resort that’s too big to manage all the amenities you expect from a luxury 5‑star property.

The location and cleanliness of the premises were excellent. Everything was always good.
