Тихо, річка, лебеді. Сподобалось що при проведенні весілля музика зникає вже о 22.00. Це було приємно. Затишний будинок. Не сподобалось: коли відбувається якесь свято, в нашому випадку весілля, у ресторані не можливо поїсти, бо персонал не встигає. Чому не попередити про це людей зранку? Люди б зробили замовлення та пообідали. Але ні, нам запропонували магазин в якому немає нормальної їжі. Ну ладно ще дорослі, а діти? Це жах

The room was nice, towels and bedding were clean. The pool water was warm and clean. The grounds were well maintained. The front‑desk administrator is a professional and very pleasant. The restaurant service was extremely poor; it was clear that they were hiring seasonal staff who are not customer‑oriented.

I really appreciated how friendly the administrator and the security guard were. They greeted us, helped us, and walked us to the room while explaining the area. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and it was quiet and peaceful at night. Breakfast was tasty.

The place is terrible. I booked a room here, and three days later, after driving 130 km to the destination, the admin told me they had sent me an SMS saying there were no rooms available. Why was the booking confirmed then? Driving 130 km with kids only to find out the room had been given to someone else is incomprehensible. Why doesn’t the platform impose any penalties?
